when irish eyes version 1

i'm trying to learn the ins and outs of paint.net (basically the free, crappier version of photoshop ).. i've had an idea to play with a few photos for ahile, so i took some pics and then made three version of the same thing...

version 1:

highlighted eyes, turned everything else black and white, added a glow effect, borders and text...
tada!
